Properties and Applications

Actmix H-70GE is a slow-acting rubber vulcanization accelerator with long scorch time, long vulcanization speed and no scorch risk. It is generally not used alone, but can be used in combination with other accelerators such as thiazoles to achieve activation and secondary promotion effects. It has excellent physical and mechanical properties and is often used in thick products with long vulcanization time. As a formaldehyde donor, when used in combination with resorcinol, it is especially suitable for bonding rubber to metal or steel cord.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Normally, the addition amount is 0.5-2.0 phr.
Applications: Slow vulcanization compounds, thick-walled products, rubber rollers, light-colored or transparent products.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life is one year.
